SHRED EAGLE (SHR_D_'GL) WAS BORN FROM THE SWEAT AND BLOOD OF MANY FACELESS MUSICIANS THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. PREVIOUS INCARNATIONS OF THE BAND HAVE PLAYED IN CLUBS AROUND THE CHICAGOLAND AREA SINCE THE EARLY 1990S. HOWEVER, AS ALBUM SALES DWINDLED AND A MUSICAL RECESSION SET IN, A NEW FORULA WAS DEVISED – ASSEMBLE A GROUP OF MUSICIANS WITH FACES!

From this simple concept, Shred Eagle was conceived. The concept has grown to include other higher-level concepts, as well as concepts derivative thereof.

The pieces have been assembled: Gary "Rock" Rose, Ian Vader, Greatest Drummer in the World, The TM 335 X Singing Module, Joe Yesterday, Marc Bellio, and Walter Capo, Jr. III. Like the four horsemen of the apocalypse, except with seven horsemen, Shred Eagle rides forth. A brutal mixture of rock n' roll: vocals, guitar, bass, keys and drums. Shred Eagle has landed!
