IAN VADER HAS JOINED SHRED EAGLE

Chicago, IL - Ian Vader, famous rock bassist from Cardiff, Wales, has joined Shred Eagle. Due to the untimely kidnapping of Philip Bynoe, Vader has agreed to step in to fill the void at bass.

Vader played with Zamfir, famed pan flute virtuoso, during the 1990s and on Zamfir's Police cover-album "King of Pan," which topped the charts at 98 on the Billboard 100. "I'm just happy to help out in any that way I can," said Vader. "It's been very easy settling in with the group, although I am allergic to animal hair and the German Shepherds used on several of the tracks have caused some swelling to my eyes."

Shred Eagle has issued the following statement: "While we are still in shock over the untimely kidnapping of Philip Bynoe and find it hard to do much more than focus on his plight, we are excited to immediately start recording with Ian Vader. Effective immediately, Ian Vader has replaced Philip Bynoe, and we hope that the music Ian makes with the band will heal the world and become incredibly commercially successful." Shred Eagle's management also issued a press release stating that Visine and ibuprofin will be made available to Mr. Vader at the studio to stop any ocular swelling.
